2022 was a banner year for the unique collaboration between North American Icelandic groups and Iceland. Known as the Snorri Program, this cultural partnership returned from the shutdowns caused by the global Covid 19 pandemic.
All three offerings (Snorri, Snorri West, and Snorri Plus) took place this summer and elicited rave reviews from the participants.
2023 will be building on the momentum established in 2022 and could include you as one of the participants, but you need to act fast!

Snorri is a five-week summer cultural program in Iceland for North Americans of Icelandic descent who are between the ages of 20 and 30. The deadline to apply is January 16, 2023.
Snorri West is a four-week summer program in North America for Icelanders between the ages of 20 and 30 who want to connect with people of Icelandic descent in the US and Canada. The deadline to apply is February 20, 2023.
Snorri Plus is a two-week summer cultural program in Iceland for North Americans over the age of 30: individuals, couples, and family groups. Participants can either be of Icelandic descent or have a passion for Iceland. The deadline to apply is January 16, 2023.
